OUR COMMUNITY IS ALWAYS TRYING TO IMPROVE AND WITH THE HELP OF OUR COUNTLESS VOLUNTEERS WE HAVE COME A LONG WAY, ALTHOUGH WE HAVE MADE ALLOT OF IMPROVEMENTS IN THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR INTERESTED HOMEOWNERS TO JOIN OUR COMMITTEES.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN JOINING ANY OF OUR COMMUNITY COMMITTEES PLEASE FEEL FREE TO FILL OUT ONE OF THE FORMS BELOW AND EITHER DROP IT OFF AT THE OFFICE, OR BRING IT TO THE NEXT B.O.D. MEETING, WE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE YOU HELP US IMPROVE OUR COMMUNITY AND TO BRING EVERYONE CLOSER TOGETHER.
SOCIAL COMMITTEE
The Social Committee meets regularly to help plan, organize and work at community events. So far they had held success events such as “Fireman Appreciation Day”, “Culture Night”, and are planning a Halloween Party and “Yappy Hour”. Come join the fun, and meet your neighbors in a social environment!
ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE
The Architectural Control Board meets regularly to review applications for proposed improvements to the exterior of the home, and approve or disapprove based on aesthetics, using the Community Standards and governing documents as their guidelines.
LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE
This committee would make landscape suggestions to the Board of Directors for the townhomes and the common areas in the community, and meet with the Property Manager and the landscape company monthly or as needed.
The Board would welcome your assistance on this committee!
FINANCE COMMITTEE
The Finance Committee works closely with the Board throughout the year to review financials and assist with the preparation of the budget for the Association. Someone with a strong financial background would be an asset to this committee.
COVENANTS COMMITTEE
This committee would meet at community hearings at the clubhouse as needed with owners who have received multiple notices for breaking community rules that continue to be in violation. The committee would attempt to resolve the situation, or recommend fines for non-compliance. It can be tough to volunteer on this type of committee when those coming to the hearing are your neighbors, but it is very important to have this committee assist the Board by helping to enforce the rules of this deed-restricted community.
